Introduction
Eyeconograf was a bespoke website I designed and developed to present the photographic work of artist and photographer Mick Rawsterne. The project offered an opportunity to craft a digital environment that not only displayed imagery but elevated it—honouring the quiet intensity and visual poetry of Mick’s artistic voice. The design focused on clarity, atmosphere, and restraint, allowing the photography to take centre stage while offering a nuanced and immersive user experience. Subtle animations, a refined typographic system, and a monochromatic palette were employed to reflect the tone and texture of Mick’s visual language. From concept to deployment, Eyeconograf reflected my approach to creative collaboration—translating an artist’s vision into a compelling digital form that felt both curated and alive.
